 We have just completed a fully interactive content managed website and full rebranding for one of Kents oldest and largest independent estate agents.
The issues facing lambert & Foster As a fully independent estate agency, Lambert & Foster have been in existence for over 100 years and offer a very broad set of services, from residential, commercial sales and lettings through to auctioneering, surveying and planning. Lambert & Foster's requirements were twofold: firstly to update their existing brand identity; and secondly to update their online presence. What we did After a number of workshops Pixelcraft delivered a communication strategy specific to Lambert & Foster's needs. As well as a change in corporate identity Pixelcraft recommended a radically different website solution where applicants are able to search for properties near to a point of interest. For example, applicants for the first time are now able to search for properties that might be near a school or a place of work and show those properties on a map. The results Armed with both a new brand identity and a new powerful website Lambert & Foster saw their website hits increase from an average of approx 300,00 per month to s staggering 1.6 mil.
